We are excited to announce that we will be having a presenter from Smith and Andersen coming to UofT to discuss ASHRAE in the consulting business. As many of us may know, ASHRAE is used extensively in the consulting industry for a great variety of reasons, one of which is their standards. ASHRAE’s standards are used by most, if not all, consultants in the HVAC&R industry. ASHRAE also publishes a number of educational resources, including ASHRAE Fundamentals. In this talk, we will learn how all of this is used in the consulting industry and how we can take advantage of the resources available to us to prepare us for a future career in the HVAC&R consulting business.
